About Us

Altitude Lab Solutions is a multi-vendor service company specializing in GC, GC/MS, LC, P&T, IC and TOC instrumentation. The concept of providing service on systems that contain instruments manufactured by different vendors was born in 1998. In 2006, Altitude was formed and began providing services for customers in the Rocky Mountain region. Since, we have grown opening offices in Arizona and Colorado. Our employees travel all around the world providing affordable services. Services that not only include repairing systems, but refurbishing and selling high quality instruments. The experience of our employees is unrivaled by other companies. Altitude has amassed a group of people when combined share over 100 years of experience.



GARY BROOK

Gary Brook has over 25 years of experience in the analytical chemistry industry. Beginning in 1987, he started working in environmental laboratories. As a prep lab technician, Gary worked long hours over several years gaining experience and earning promotions. He then spent several years in management working as a GC Manager, Organic Manager and an Operations Manager. In 1998, he left the laboratory business to pursue a career in service. First employed as a Service Technician, he quickly moved into a Service Manager role. In 2006 he began working with Altitude selling and servicing analytical instruments.

MIKE FAUGHT

Mike Faught has over 30 years of varied experience in the field of chromatography and analytical instrumentation. He worked for a large nationally recognized environmental lab for 10 years. Starting out as an organic prep lab technician, he quickly progressed to the GC instrument group where he ran a variety of GC and LC EPA methods. For 5 years he worked in a scientist support role developing methods, installing/evaluating new equipment, and was responsible for maintenance and repair of instrumentation in the GC lab. He worked for several years for an instrument manufacturer as a service supervisor. For the last 16 years he has worked for several companies as a field service technician as well as refurbishing analytical instrumentation. His greatest satisfaction is derived from helping his customers.

MIKE OSTERMEYER

Mick Ostermeyer brings over 15 years of analytical instrument experience to our company. Beginning as a laboratory technician, he has worked in different areas of the environmental industry including a mobile laboratory. During the past several years, Mick has been employed as a service engineer for instrument manufacturers as well as third-party service companies. Mick has finely tuned troubleshooting skills. He spoils his customers with unmatched customer service and dedication, often working into the late hours and on weekends to ensure his customers meet their deadlines.

ROCKY HEBEL

Rocky Hebel has been involved in the analytical chemistry field for more than 20 years. He spent 10 years employed by environmental laboratories optimizing analytical methods such as SW-846, AFCEE and Safe Drinking Water. It was in these labs that Rocky worked countless hours learning his trade. As a young analyst he quickly leaned troubleshooting and problem solving skills that would propel him to becoming a service technician. His attention to detail makes him one of the best in the business. When working with Rocky, one cannot help but learn. He elevates everyone around him to become better.
