Pump Rebuilds

Altitude Lab Solutions has been rebuilding Alcatel, Edwards, Pfeiffer, and Varian rough pumps since 1998. Rebuilding a rough pump can save hundreds of dollars over purchasing a new one. We rebuild dozens of pumps as part of our GC/MS sales, service contract and billable repair programs.

The rebuild process includes replacing seals, o-rings, vanes, springs, and filters. The pumps are run for 24 hours to assure leaks, pressure and bearing failures do not exist. Our specialty is Edwards E2M1.5, Edwards E2M2, Varian and Pfeiffer DUO. Our rebuilt pumps carry a ninety 90-day warranty.
